In just 2.5 hours, you'll learn how to make macarons using the Italian method, including how to create a high-quality vanilla bean ganache and a versatile buttercream. You'll get to customize the colors and fillings of the two dozen macarons you'll take home. You will also receive a resource guide that includes recipes, notes, and where to buy the items used in this lesson so you can continue developing your macaron-making skills. If you'd like to bring a friend or two to learn with you, let's party! They are an additional +$75 each (up to groups of 4). Let me know in booking notes if you'd like to add any other attendees.
