In this 2 hour session, you'll learn the art of working with Swiss meringue buttercream in creating stunning floral designs with a palette knife and basic color theory. Discover an impressive skill that truly translates cake in to art. We'll cover the techniques for making roses, poppies, and greenery. Leave empowered to practice buttercream palette knife florals on your own with a kit that includes a set of palette knives, an acrylic palette, and a faux cake.
