Wafer Paper - Florets

In this 1.5-hour session, you'll learn the basics of working with wafer paper. These florets make a great introduction to the medium of wafer paper and crafting delicate edible florals. They are also a great accent to elevate any cake design by adding elegance and sophistication. Skills learned will include creating realistic texture, color theory, and assembling a complete flower. You can customize the colors and quantities as desired. Take home a resource guide of where to buy the items used in the class. If you'd like to bring a friend or two to learn with you, let's party!
